Jeremiah 33:1 "For the Lord is good"

This characterization of YHWH (BDB 373, #9, b) is a common ADJECTIVE used in several senses.

This is the term used of initial creation (i.e. Gen. 1:4,10,12,18,21,25,31). It came to be used of other aspects of God's character, as well as His creation.
